Televangelist Richard Roberts gets probation for DUI
Richard Roberts gets an 18-month deferred sentence and no jail time for a DUI. He was in court earlier today and pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor count of DUI and speeding 26 to 30 miles per hour above the speed limit. Roberts will be under no formal supervision during his 18-month probation and will report back in October, 2013. He was assessed fees and court costs and will attend DUI school and complete 56 hours of community service.
